La CENA (dinner)
Dinner is an important meal in Italy when the family gathers around the table and enjoys a 3-5 course in a
slow pace discussing the events of the day loud and gaily. High-quality ingredients are used since only the best is good enough.
Healthy olive oil is frequently used in the Italian kitchen. The Italians consume in a week as much olive oil as we Swedes consume during a whole year! Italians associate food with love, and a natural drink to wash down the food besides water is naturally one botella de vino. Due to its favorable climate, Italy is a large producer of wine with a lot of different grape varieties and wine styles. In Hosteria Tre Santi you have the opportunity to experience a piece of Italy in Blekingegatan in the famous Garbo house.
We have created a delicate menu with tastes and flavors that will remind you of Italy.

Tortiglioni with sliced fillet of beef, mushrooms, truffle, leek & slow cooked truffle sauce.
Zuppa di pesce
Fish and shellfish soup with grilled garlic bread.
Veal fillet braised in white wine with sage, prosciutto & shallots.
Served with an Italian potato cake.
Trotta alla piastra al burro
Butter fried fillet of char with lukewarm lentils, flavored with orange & chili.
Served with seafood crepes filled with taleggio cheese & fresh herbs.
Tortellacci al "Biondo Dio"
Pasta shells filled with spinach & ricotta, served with the divine zucchini cheese sauce & green asparagus.
Pasta fettuccini served with salsiccia sausage, cocktailtomatoes, chili, buffalo mozzarella, rocket & parmesan flakes.
